We require that you review our policies and habitat requirements prior to submitting a reservation form and placing a deposit.

IMPORTANT: Have you read our habitat page? If you are not buying your cage from us, we will require pictures of your habitat no later than 24 hours prior to pick up. If you send pictures of your habitat and it doesn't meet our requirements, it will be assumed that you will not be caring for your hedgehog as we have outlined and your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit FORFEITED. Your $75 deposit is a service fee to hold a hedgehog or place you on a waitlist. If we hold a hedgehog for you or placed you on a waitlist, we have fulfilled the service. Therefore, the $75 deposit is not refundable or applicable to any other products or services. The $75 deposit will apply to the price of your hedgehog when you pick it up. If you understand this policy, please type in the box "I understand the deposit is nonrefundable."
